A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests attending are required to send a copy of a photo ID to the property prior to their arrival. Please note that the credit card holder's name must match the guest's name. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance at using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. An authorisation form will be e-mailed to you to be filled in, signed by card holder and then e-mailed back to the property along with a copy of card holder ID. For security reasons, the property may contact guests prior to arrival to request a method of card verification. Guests are advised that the same card that was used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. Guests must also produce the ID that matches the name on the payment card.
